Any damage or failure resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or accidents is not covered. If any issues are identified during the service, the customer will be informed and must approve additional work before proceeding. Service may not cover external cleaning or repairs unrelated to the core functionality of the unit.
The customer must provide accurate information regarding the AC unit's history to ensure effective servicing. Any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or supply chain issues, are not the provider's responsibility. It is recommended that the customer follows the service provider’s maintenance guidelines to avoid warranty voidance. All disputes will be resolved as per the service provider's policies, and the customer agrees to the terms upon booking the service.
